Short pleating detail at the top front of blouse at yoke seam; pleating at top back of blouse at yoke seam adding fullness to blouse.

Dramatic long bouffant style sleeves with pleating at sleeve top; fitted sleeve cuffs with three-button placket closure. Center front placket button up closures.
