This is a rare, special, show stopper item. The blouse is made of a stiff, pleated sheer iridescent polyester chiffon and is accented with satin covered buttons, a high ruffle collar, ruffled sleeves and satin trim.

The blouse pairs well with a long, black velvet skirt that has a side slit up to the thigh or a pair of black leather or black velvet slacks. The color is a dark burgundy wine red. In clothing, sizes can vary by brand and style. The "tagged" size is not always the same as the "measured" size.
